Because we won this challenge we now move on to compete in the Finals in the international division at Filmapalooza in the Miami International Film Festival in March 2009! We are incredibly excited and all of us are going, probably in a big 'ol dirty van if we have to. We just know that this is something we all have to do together)
Since the success of 'The Hall' the Hungry Camera Company has received significant attention by Sheldon Levy, the President of Ryerson University (in a personal letter of congratulations he sent to each member of the Hungry Cameras - flabbergasted that we were able to accomplish this, while only in our first year) and by the Toronto arts scene.
The Pop/Electronica band Dr. Draw has now commissioned the Hungry Cameras to create a music video for his new album which will be released early 2009.
WAY TO GO : KICKIN IT EAST COAST STYLE! CONGRATULATIONS !!
