Hourly Rate: A very competitive hourly rate of ours already covers the most important services for the move: packing, disassembly, and assembly. It’s this rate we apply to the whole team, so you’ll get a well-thought-out plan for the moving process.

Truck Fee: Given the travel distance from your location to our storage facility, we have applied a truck fee that, in addition to the hourly fee, goes into maintaining our reliable services by ensuring trucks are always on the road in good condition, so the people assigned to make the move don’t worry about the bad impression caused by breakdowns.
Minimum Charge: All moves are charged a minimum of three hours of work time plus the truck fee, to ensure that you are not denied by any means the quality via human resources that would be worthy and good enough for your relocation

Every estimate is based on moves we've done in similar situations — but no two moves are exactly alike, and the actual time on the day can shift depending on what we find when we get there.

A few things that commonly affect how long a move takes:

Distance between the unit, elevator, loading area, and truck

How much furniture and miscellaneous stuff there is

How well boxes are packed before the crew arrives

Loose items that need to be carried individually rather than in boxes

Stairs, elevators, and building-access conditions

Traffic
on moving day

Extra travel or loading time if there are multiple pickup or drop-off locations

Delays caused by unavailable elevators, keys, or loading areas

Loose, unpacked items are one of the biggest time factors — carrying things individually takes significantly longer than loading properly packed boxes.

The three-hour minimum applies to all moves, with any additional time billed in 15-minute increments.

Depending on how the day goes, the final cost may come in below or above the estimated range.
